This week I've been...

munching: thai slaw, kale-kefir-berry smoothies, homemade toffee, kimchi rice, roasted cabbage and rice cakes with almond cocoa butter-banana-almonds.

creating: pallet furniture, a bed frame (finger's crossed), knitted socks and a floral sweater.

reading: Homeward Bound, any thoughts?

dreaming: of city-life and also farming, which is probably accredited to that book. And to go back to camp.

trying: to learn to sew. I haven't actually touched the machine but I am mentally gearing up for it, that's the first step right? Isn't this one so cute!

that sewing machine is too cute! it took me ages to learn to sew, and doing a class was definitely the best way to learn :)

Cute! I wish I could sew. I'm not sure why my mom never taught me! Sigh...

So, I'm pretty much sitting on a brand new sewing machine...No idea how to use it, but dying to use it! I'm slowly talking my mom into giving me lessons in the new year! Love your blog :) -Kate
