Date Night

Since my birthday week has commenced, we have spent this weekend doing things we love to do. One of those things involves gelato and the fox river walk. Does anyone else have the obsession with gelato that we do? Maybe one day, we can take a trip to Italy for the real deal! We talked about many things, did some planning, dreaming and discussed this past year of our lives. Our hands were sticky, but we enjoyed the cool summer evening together!

You guys are so cute. You look like you should be in a folksy band from the 70s here. Love it.

Going to Italy is what inspired me to study Italian at school. The way the language rolls off your tongue is almost as delicious as the gelato they make there! Hope you get a chance to travel there :)

the first gelato i had in italy and i haven't had any back in the states that has made the obsession be for anything other than real italian gelato (but then again new hampshire and utah are the only places i've had it - oh except nyc but that was a let down) its so good though - and sounds like a great birthday week )

Oh my gosh! Are you from Waukesha?! Just stumbled upon your blog, and those gelato cups look all too familiar! Divino?! And the fox river walk! I'm a Carroll student! So awesome to find a WI blogger!
