The SUPERbowl

Jacket: F21, Bow: Belt from AE Dress, Top: Thrifted, Pants: UO, Shoes: Blowfish

I love the Superbowl! Not because of the game or the commercials or half-time, but because my family creates a holiday out of it. It's an excuse for us to make lots of food, play board games, ride our bikes, make crafts, and laugh ALL day. And, we did just that.

Here is one of the yummy things we ate:

Hello, Spicy Mustard Turkey Pizza!

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (my favorite)
3T Vegan Mayo (This is what I used, you can use normal mayo too)
3T Spicy Brown Mustard
3T Honey
1/2t Garlic Powder
3 Strips of Cooked Bacon
1c (or so) Cooked Turkey
Mushrooms
Swiss Cheese
Kale
*Guacamole

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roll out dough and place on parchment lined pizza pan. Mix mayo, mustard, honey, and garlic and spread over pizza dough. Then top with swiss cheese, turkey, bacon and mushrooms. Bake for 8-10 minutes and serve with fresh kale and guacamole.

*Easy, peasy Guacamole:
Mash avocados and stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
