The past 4 years have been nothing but change for me.
Timeline:
2007 moved to abq
graduated highschool 1 year early
2008 (10 months later) moved back to MI started dating husband
2009 (6 months later) moved to NYC
2010 (6 months later) moved back to MI
2010 (2 months later) got engaged
2010 (5 months later) - married
2011 (5 months later) moved to Co for YWAM
2011 (3 months later) travelled to Africa
2011 (2 months later) moved to WI

And here we are. I haven't really stopped. It had been one adventure after another. These past 5 months living in WI have been refreshing rest and full of anxious waiting for the future. I had a slight breakdown last week because I'm not used to standing still. I felt/feel stuck. What now? I have a big picture idea but what about day to day? What is today's purpose? I really don't know right now.
What do you do to find peace in transition, comfort in unknown?

I love the outfit Elise :) you look too cute! I don't know how I can help you. Mostely when I'm feeling down I just take a small trip somehwere. Just a day off. preferably to a nice city that's close by like Antwerp. And if I can to Paris or London :) x

Hi Elise! You've had quite the adventure over the last several years, that is great! What part of Africa did you visit? I spent some time in Ghana and really loved that experience! Being comfortable with waiting is tough for me too and especially when I tend to be a natural planner. I try to stay engaged in hobbies, try new interests, plan frequent travels, knowing that all those things will eventually get me to the next thing in life. Anyways, I'm sure it's just a matter of time until you are led to your next big adventure! x

I am loving this outfit! It has a casual bohemian look to it:) I didn't know you're in YWAM! One of my good friends went to Belize for YWAM and has the most amazing experience - so jealous!

and like Grammy Toot said above, I also pray and have faith in God.

You sure have gone through a lot of transitions! I can totally understand how it might seem like you haven't been stopped and just focused on one thing because there was always something else happening. God sure is keeping you busy. :)

Also, a fellow Wisconsin blogger?! Too cool! And I think it's neat you've been part of YWAM. I've had a few friends go to the school in California. Are you going to continue doing anything with the program (missions trips, etc) or are you looking for something else to do?
